OpenAI limits using Web sessions to bypass Codex OAuth add-phone verification; this page only converts formats.
This JSON contains accessToken and sessionToken, which are sensitive login credentials. Do not share them.
When exchanging an RT, the browser sends the Refresh Token only to OpenAI's official OAuth endpoint. It does not pass through this site and is not saved in browser storage.

This page only converts formats and cannot bypass Codex OAuth add-phone verification. ChatGPT Web sessions usually do not contain `refresh_token`; when a real `id_token` is missing, CPA, Cockpit, Codex, and AxonHub create Codex-parseable placeholder JWT claims. Codex and Codex-Manager keep an empty `refresh_token`; AxonHub writes a placeholder when a real `refresh_token` is missing.
The 401/402/403/503 probe requests api.openai.com/v1/me directly from your browser, not through this site. It checks JWT expiry locally first, then recognizes expired tokens, workspace quota errors, forbidden access, upstream outages, and temporary network/rate-limit errors.
